This series is designed for compact visual inspection equipment that needs a 3.9mm direct-view probe, close-range illumination and USB video output. It includes two function-focused models rather than one general-purpose configuration:
Both models use a separated probe-and-processing-board structure. This allows the 3.9mm lens head to enter a narrow cavity while the larger processing board remains outside the restricted area. Four front-mounted 0402 LEDs provide local illumination, while USB 2.0 UVC output supports host-side evaluation on compatible systems. The higher frame rate of the SF-C1011 does not by itself eliminate motion blur; exposure time, LED output, target speed and host settings also affect moving-image clarity. Likewise, the wider view of the SF-C1019 may make distant details appear smaller within the frame. Sample testing should therefore use the actual target distance, movement and lighting conditions.

Its OH01A10 sensor supports 720P output at up to 60fps, recording more frames during the same period than a 30fps configuration. This can make motion easier to follow and gives software more image samples for review. Typical evaluation scenarios include:
The 85° diagonal field of view keeps the image more focused than the wider PLUS model. Choose this version when motion continuity and medium-short working distance are more important than maximum scene coverage. Final motion clarity should be tested with the intended target speed, exposure, lighting and host software. For medical or veterinary visualization development, this module is supplied as an imaging component rather than a finished clinical device. The equipment manufacturer remains responsible for device-level image validation, thermal safety, electrical safety, cleaning or sterilization compatibility, software, EMC and regulatory compliance. |

Its OV9734 sensor supports 720P@30fps, while the 95° diagonal field of view and 10–100mm focus range provide broader coverage than the 60fps model. Typical evaluation scenarios include:
Choose this version when viewing width and working-distance flexibility take priority over 60fps output. Because a wider lens places more of the scene into one frame, the smallest details should be evaluated at the actual display size and target distance before the optical configuration is approved. For damp, dusty or splash-prone industrial applications, treat IP67 as a probe-head specification rather than automatic protection for the complete device. The finished cable entry, connector, handle and enclosure should be sealed and tested as an assembled system. |

The standard product information lists a 1m shielded cable. Longer USB runs should be evaluated for voltage drop, signal integrity and host stability. A longer cable may require an active repeater, a revised cable design or a different transmission architecture; a 5m length should not be treated as a drop-in extension without testing.
OEM review can cover cable length, connector, field of view, focus range, lens material, LED arrangement, housing and image settings. The agreed configuration should be recorded in the drawing and specification used for sample approval.
The endoscope camera module collects the internal image through the front optical lens, converts it into electrical signal by CMOS or CCD sensor, and then optimizes it through image processing chip for noise reduction and enhancement, and finally outputs high-definition video signal. Other parameters such as imaging quality, protection level and interface are completely consistent.
The IP67 rating indicates a high level of environmental protection. It is completely dust-tight (6) and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. This makes the modules suitable for use in dusty, humid, or wet conditions, such as inside pipes or containers.
The modules are designed with manual focus fixed during the manufacturing and assembly process to ensure stability and reliability. The focus range is preset (10mm~100mm for PLUS, 10mm~80mm for 720P60). Field adjustment by end-users is not recommended or supported.
