This 4.5mm Ultra-thin Simulation BF3A03 1/6.5inch CMOS Sensor AV Interface Endoscope Camera Module ,is a miniature endoscopic camera module designed specifically for narrow space, low-cost and high-reliability industrial endoscopic detection scenarios. Its ultra-thin 4.5mm×17.5mm physical size breaks through the space limitations of conventional endoscopic probes, enabling it to easily enter thin pipes, micro-holes and narrow gaps that are inaccessible to ordinary equipment, ensuring the accessibility of detection in extremely confined spaces. Equipped with a BF3A03 1/6.5-inch CMOS sensor, it features 640×480 (VGA) effective pixels and a 20fps frame rate, while its optical system is configured with an F1.0 large aperture and a 60° field of view— the large aperture enhances light-gathering capability to ensure clear imaging in dark narrow spaces, and the 20–60mm fixed focus range is optimized for typical endoscopic distances, delivering stable and sharp images. With TV distortion less than 1%, chromatic aberration less than 20% and 13-level grayscale, the module ensures clean imaging and clear edges, fully meeting the needs of defect identification and state judgment in industrial detection. Adopting a standard analog AV interface, it outputs analog signals directly, eliminating the need for decoding and additional drivers, and can be directly connected to displays or monitors for real-time observation, featuring extremely strong compatibility and simple operation. Electrically, it adopts DC 5V power supply with a working current of 100mA, requiring no complex power supply configuration to operate stably; in terms of reliability, it has passed multiple rigorous tests including 1.5-meter drop, 3-axis vibration, high-low temperature storage and temperature-humidity cycle, and can work continuously in an environment of -10℃~50℃ (storage range -20℃~70℃), with excellent adaptability to harsh working conditions. FAQ


1. Possible causes of noise in the image?

If the sensor is overheating, signal transmission interferes, or the ISO is too high in low light, check the heat dissipation design, cable shielding, or enable the noise reduction mode.


2. Why does the image appear color bias?

The filter may need to be corrected or replaced by software due to uncalibrated white balance, mismatch of light source color temperature (such as LED mixed with daylight), or aging of the sensor.


3. What should I do if the module fails after high temperature sterilization?

Check whether the tolerance temperature is exceeded (for example, some are only 120°C), turn off the power and remove the battery before sterilization, damage may involve sealant failure or circuit board deformation.
