This 2.8mm Diameter IP67 Waterproof Wide Angle USB2.0 Interface UVC Protocol Separate Endoscope Camera Module,with 2.8mm diameter features IP67 waterproof performance and a steel shell for protection. It adopts USB2.0 UVC plug-and-play protocol and a separate structure, with 300K pixels (240×320@30fps) imaging paired with a 105° ultra-wide angle lens, specially designed for visual inspection in ultra-close range (3–50mm), tiny apertures and dark environments. The lens is connected to the DSP board via welding wires, and the DSP board outputs YUV/MJPEG dual-format images through the USB2.0 interface, ensuring stable transmission and convenient deployment. The 2.8±0.05mm ultra-micro probe can easily extend into extremely small spaces such as microcatheters and microholes; the 105° ultra-wide angle greatly reduces detection blind spots, and the 3–50mm macro-specific focusing can accurately restore details of tiny targets. Equipped with 4 optional 0201 white LED fill lights, as well as SPI control and independent LED power supply design, it adapts to dark environment operations, complies with RoHS standards, balances waterproof durability and micro-adaptability, and is a high-quality solution for endoscopic detection in tiny scenarios.
