SINCEREFIRST
· Three Defined Focus Zones — match nearby target surfaces positioned at approximately 3cm, 4cm and 5cm.
· Triple-View Architecture — covers multiple internal directions in one inspection assembly.
· 720P Image Output — provides practical image detail for multi-surface observation.
· 8+2 White LEDs — distribute illumination around the multi-camera structure.
· USB2.0 Interface — provides a digital host integration path for OEM inspection equipment.
In many cavities, the front target and side walls are not the same distance from the inspection assembly. This model addresses that geometry by assigning different best-focus distances to the three cameras. It is more appropriate when the target layout is uneven in depth; if all surfaces sit at one common distance, a simpler three-view configuration may be sufficient.

· Multi-Depth Borescope — Suitable when front and side inspection surfaces are positioned at different close-range distances.
· Pipe Junction and Branch Inspection Tool — The three viewing directions and staggered focus distances can help observe a central path plus nearby side-wall features.
· Mechanical Cavity Inspection Device — Useful for internal structures where multiple surfaces cannot all be placed at one common working distance.
· OEM Three-View Inspection System — Can be integrated into equipment that needs predefined close-range focus zones for different camera directions.
· Focus mapping: If the 3cm/4cm/5cm arrangement does not match the device geometry, provide the required distance for each camera direction so the optical plan can be evaluated.
· Camera direction: Provide the target orientation around the probe if the standard three-view arrangement does not align with the device.
· Lighting balance: Provide reflectivity and distance for each target surface so the 8+2 LED distribution can be reviewed.
· Mechanical and USB integration: Provide the available Ø7.9mm housing space, insertion length, cable route and host layout.
Final configuration should be confirmed through engineering review and sample verification before mass production.
Why use three different focus distances?
Because the front target and side surfaces may sit at different distances inside the same cavity.
Is this model better than a standard three-view camera for every project?
No. The staggered focus zones are useful only when the target geometry actually needs them.
What are the best-focus distances?
5cm for Camera A, 4cm for Camera B and 3cm for Camera C.
What is the maximum frame rate?
15fps at 720P.
What should be supplied before sampling?
Target direction, distance for each camera, available housing size, lighting conditions and USB host information.
Please send a simple cross-section of the inspection area showing the target direction and distance for each camera. With the available Ø7.9mm space, lighting condition and USB host information, we can evaluate whether the 3cm/4cm/5cm focus layout matches the device.
