It features two ultra-small USB camera modules based on OmniVision CMOS sensors: the SF-C1019USB-D3.9-PLUS (equipped with OV9734 sensor) and the SF-C1011USB-D3.9-720P60 (equipped with OH01A10 sensor). Combined with advanced SMT process and AA (Active Alignment) manufacturing technology, offering two functional-focused options to meet diverse application scenarios. The module features USB 2.0 output with UVC protocol support, enabling true plug-and-play functionality across mainstream operating systems including Windows, Linux, and MacOS. The endoscope camera module collects the internal image through the front optical lens, converts it into electrical signal by CMOS or CCD sensor, and then optimizes it through image processing chip for noise reduction and enhancement, and finally outputs high-definition video signal. Some modules support wireless transmission or fiber optic signal transmission, suitable for medical or industrial inspection scenarios.
The core differences lie in frame rate, field of view and focus range: SF-C1011USB-D3.9-720P60 focuses on high frame rate (60FPS) for dynamic scenes, while SF-C1019USB-D3.9-PLUS features a wider field of view (110° horizontal) and longer focus range (10~100mm) for comprehensive coverage. Other parameters such as imaging quality, protection level and interface are completely consistent.
The IP67 rating indicates a high level of environmental protection. It is completely dust-tight (6) and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. This makes the modules suitable for use in dusty, humid, or wet conditions, such as inside pipes or containers.
The modules are designed with manual focus fixed during the manufacturing and assembly process to ensure stability and reliability. The focus range is preset (10mm~100mm for PLUS, 10mm~80mm for 720P60). Field adjustment by end-users is not recommended or supported.
