Can metal dust in the welding workshop clog the lens? What is the frequency of cleaning and maintenance?
Metal dust in the welding workshop may indeed adhere to the lens, but our probe adopts a three-level protection design: ① a sapphire lens scratch-resistant layer at the front end ② a 0.1mm gap dust-proof maze structure in the middle ③ a nano-oil-repellent coating at the tail end. It was measured that during an 8-hour continuous welding operation, the dust accumulation was only 17% of that of a common industrial lens, and over 90% of the dust would be blown away from the key imaging area by the pulse air flow cleaning system built into the equipment.
